Reach Southwest Florida's new businesses before your competitors do.
Every week we turn public records into a ready-to-use list of businesses that are about to open, or just did, across Lee County and Marco Island, with restaurant and food-service licenses across Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties.
Local records, not a national dump
Built from local and state public records for Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lee County and Marco Island.
Early by design
You see new businesses weeks before they open, while the buying decisions are still being made.
Every contact is labeled
Each name tells you how we found it: owner, applicant, possible tenant. You always know how much to trust it.
Founder-led
You work directly with the person who builds your list. No call center, no middleman.
Three lists. Pick the moment you want to reach them.
Each plan is a weekly list delivered to your inbox, usually Monday morning. Cancel anytime.
More Leads, Earlier.
- New businesses in the weeks before they open, as soon as we see them
- Address, business type, date and best available contact, with phone, email and website where we can find them, plus a second contact where there is one
- The most leads and the most lead time, with a few that never open
- A business you were sent earlier shows up again, marked as an update, when it reaches its next stage
- Weekly list as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)
Fewer Leads, Ready to Open.
- Businesses that are cleared and ready to open now
- Address, business type, date and best available contact, with phone, email and website where we can find them, plus a second contact where there is one
- A smaller list with a higher chance each lead is real and close to opening
- A business you were sent earlier shows up again, marked as an update, when it reaches its next stage
- Weekly list as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)
New food-service licenses
- New restaurant, caterer, food-truck and other food-service licenses in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties (hotel and lodging licenses are not included)
- Five signals in one list: earliest notice, new filings, ready to open, new owners at existing restaurants, and new alcohol licenses for bars, restaurants, hotels and stores. A business reappears, marked as an update, when it reaches its next stage
- Business name, address, license type, a phone number and, where the application lists one, a business email
- Owner or officer name and mailing address, plus a possible owner phone and email where found. Owner (personal) phone numbers are screened against do-not-call and TCPA litigator lists; business phone numbers are not
- Straight from state licensing records, refreshed every week
- Weekly email with the list attached as a CSV, usually Monday morning, ready to work the day it arrives

Request a free samplePhone numbers and emails appear in some rows of the Early Bird and Premium lists when we can find them. Each row says where it came from; numbers from a skip-trace service are labelled as a possible owner match (not verified) and show the result of an automated do-not-call check, which is a screening aid only, so you must still screen every number yourself. Phone numbers, and business emails where an application lists one, also appear in the Hotels, Bars and Restaurants list, which also includes owner and officer details (owner phone and email are possible matches and are not verified). Phone numbers, websites and emails from public records are shown as they appear in the source record, so some may be incomplete or formatted differently. We screen owner phone numbers, which may be personal, against the federal and state do-not-call lists and known TCPA litigators on the date shown in each list; we do not screen business phone numbers. See our Terms for how lists may be used.
From public record to your inbox, every week.

We read the records
We collect new filings from local and state public sources, then match them to business and property records.
You get the list
A clean weekly spreadsheet, with the best contact for each lead and a label for how we found it. When a business moves to its next stage, it shows up again, marked as an update.
Made for people who sell to a business on day one.
Where we look.
Early Bird and Premium: cities and towns
Early Bird and Premium: Lee County communities
Hotels, Bars and Restaurants: food-service and alcohol licenses
